Instead of having a spare tire, you have the whole Hub assembly and it is a one nut change. To clarify: what this means is that it has a spare spindle and you take off one nut and replace the spindle with the tire mounted to it, then tighten only the one nut and be on your way. Seller states that the trailer was close to $6000 new, just a couple of years ago.
